INTO UK DIRECT 

For the UK, the Portal gives options to apply for either a pathway or direct entry programme.

INTO UK DIRECT SCHOOL INSTRUCTION

GLASGOW CALEDONIAN UNIVERSITY* (Glasgow and London campuses)


Undergraduate and Postgraduate: Please apply via the INTO Global App on the Partner Portal and ask your student to complete the GCU Applicant Declaration Form. Arrangements via UCAS: • Students who have applied through UCAS can submit a further application to GCU (as a 6th choice). Where an applicant has submitted an application via UCAS but has not yet accepted any offer GCU will accept and process an application and offer through the Global App. • Where an applicant has submitted an application via UCAS but student’s firm and insurance options are at another institution(s), GCU will review the application and if GCU wishes to make an offer they will inform the agent/RO of the offer they would make, but ask that the applicant decline their existing UCAS offers at the other institutions first before they process the formal offer for GCU. • If an application is submitted through UCAS, please take a screen shot/print of the application page and send to gcudirect@intoglobal.com, together with the completed and signed Declaration Form, within 15 working days. Please include the student’s UCAS ID in your email as this is not visible on the UCAS form.




UNIVERSITY OF STIRLING*


Undergraduate and Postgraduate: Please apply via the INTO Global App on the Partner Portal and ask your student to complete the Stirling Applicant Declaration Form, the completed and signed form must be sent to INTO’s admission team within 15 working days. Arrangements via UCAS: • Students who have applied through UCAS can submit a further application to the University of Stirling (as a 6th choice). • If an application is submitted through UCAS, please take a screen shot/print of the application page and send to stirlingdirect@intoglobal.com, together with the completed and signed Declaration Form, within 15 working days. Please include the student’s UCAS ID in your email as this is not visible on the UCAS form.




QUEEN’S UNIVERSITY BELFAST


Undergraduate: Please indicate your agency details as part of the UCAS application process. Postgraduate: Please indicate your agency details on the online application portal. If your agency wishes to be tagged/linked to an application, Queen’s University Belfast will usually need evidence of your agency’s involvement with it. Examples of suitable evidence are: - an agent appointment/nomination/authority form - (USE JED AUTHORIZATION) and ask Data staff to download the completed one from wufoo for you a copy of the application form (e.g. UCAS summary) - a copy of email correspondence between the agency and the student One of the above should be sent to the University, accompanying an email that provides: - Student’s name - Date of birth - Last four digits of the student’s passport number - Applicant number - Programme of study The University prefer requests to be linked/tagged to be made at the point of application or shortly afterwards. NEWCASTLE UNIVERSITY


Undergraduate: apply through UCAS and send an email to international.recruitment@ncl.ac.uk providing the following details: - Student’s name - Date of birth - UCAS number - Programme of study Note: even if the agent has tagged themselves in UCAS, they should still notify us by emailing international.recruiment@ncl.ac.uk that an application has been submitted. You will also need to complete the Newcastle University Agent Authority Form and send this with the email to the University. Postgraduate: Students can apply through the Application Portal. Select ‘Other Agents (INTO)’ from the agent dropdown list when the application is made then email international.recruitment@ncl.ac.uk providing the following details: - Student’s name - Date of birth - Applicant number - Programme of study Please note: you should receive a response when submitting the above. Completion of this process does not guarantee that commission will be paid; commission claims must still be made in line with commission claim procedures set out by Newcastle University.




UNIVERSITY OF EAST ANGLIA


Undergraduate: Applications for undergraduate programmes should be submitted via UCAS. Please indicate your agency details in the UCAS application. Postgraduate: Please indicate the name of your agency in the online application. If your agency wishes to be tagged/linked to an application, the University of East Anglia (UEA) will usually need evidence of your agency’s involvement with it. CITY, UNIVERSITY OF LONDON


Undergraduate and Postgraduate: Please notify City University of London of all direct applications, at the point the application is submitted to the University, within 6 weeks of the application being made, using the online Agent Referral Confirmation webform ensuring to complete the Form for INTO agents (clearly marked.) Please note that completion of this form does not guarantee that commission will be paid; commission claims must still be made in line with commission claim procedures set out by City University of London. NOTE: Commission will NOT be paid for any students enrolling on: - City Business School Postgraduate Programmes - PhD (Research) Programmes - All programmes taught jointly between City and another provider - Short courses - Exchange / Study Abroad - Post application services (for example visa or accommodation)
