This online enquiry and application service is provided by Jokings Educare Ltd. JED provides online application services for websites and other institutions. Your use of this service, or any other Jokings Educare services, is subject to the terms and conditions contained herein. You agree to be bound by these terms and conditions by accessing or using this online application. Jokings Educare may revise these terms and conditions at any time, and any revisions shall be binding upon you and your future access to the enquiry /online application. You should therefore visit this posting to review the terms and conditions from time to time as you access or use the enquiry form /online application.

USE OF ENQUIRY FORM /ONLINE APPLICATION

You may use your online application to apply electronically to an educational institution/ Agent that has engaged JED to to provide the online application service. You agree to provide true and accurate information about yourself. You will not impersonate any other person or attempt to access another user's account under any circumstance.

Access to the Enquiry form/ online application is available through the open form without using passwords or the account creation process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account User Name and password if this is introduced by Jokings Educare at any time. If you forget your User Name or password, please use the "Technical Support" link located on the online application login screen to submit a request to our technical support staff to obtain your information. Please include the following information in your request: Full name, email address (under which you registered your account), date of birth, institution(s) to which you are applying, and what information you need (User Name and/or password). If you believe your User Name and/or password have been compromised or your account has experienced unauthorized access, it is your responsibility to notify Jokings Educare as soon as possible by calling customer services or emailing support@jokingseducare.com.

You agree to abide by any security standards of JED. Under these standards, you shall not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the JED system (data, materials, information, computer systems, networks, databases or servers) through hacking, password mining, or other means. You agree never to obtain or attempt to obtain, through the JED system, any information regarding the status of your online application or admission to the institution through any means other than a screen display within the online application or through accessibility by a visible link. Any such attempt shall subject you to immediate sanction by JED and potentially the institution you are applying to and termination from access to the site, among other sanctions.

You agree not to use any device, software or routine that may interfere with the functioning of the online application system or take any action deemed by Jokings Educare, in its sole and absolute discretion, to impose an unreasonable burden or load on the JED systems.

This site provides links and pointers to websites and documents of other institutions. Because JED does not operate and has no control over these sites and documents, JED is not responsible for your ability to access these sites via the Internet. Further, JED does not endorse products, courses, services, or information provided by other institutions on these sites.

Accordingly, JED is not responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with, use or reliance on any user or other content, goods, courses or services available on or through any other site.

YOUR DATA

Any data you provide and save in your application will be immediately available to the institution to view and access. The institution will not review your application entirely until you submit it. Once you submit the application, you relinquish all rights in the application, and it becomes the sole and absolute property of the institution. The institution may modify your application according to the institution's needs and internal policies. JED does not review your application or play any role in the institution's admissions process.

Your in-progress application account will be kept active for one year following your last access date. After this period of time, your User Name and password will remain valid, but your application data will be removed.

LAWS AND REGULATIONS

Access and use of the online application are subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Unauthorized use of this service is prohibited, and violators can be prosecuted under federal and state laws. Virginia law and Federal law will govern the interpretation and enforcement of these terms and conditions. If any provision or term of these Terms of Use shall be unlawful, void, or unenforceable for any reason. That provision or term shall be deemed severable from these Terms of Use and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions or terms.

All information contained in the online application is protected by copyright law. Jokings Educare owns copyrights in the selection, coordination, arrangement and enhancement of such information and in the original content. Any modification, transmittal, publication, participation in the transfer or sale, creation of derivative works, or any exploitation of such content, in whole or in part, is strictly prohibited. Any duplication or adaptation of the HTML code used to generate web pages on the site is also forbidden. Logos used are trademark property of either JED or the respective institution. Downloading copyrighted material is permitted for personal use only on the condition that all copyright and other proprietary notices are kept intact. Except as otherwise expressly permitted under copyright law or these Terms of Use, no copying, redistribution, retransmission, publication or commercial exploitation of downloaded material shall be permitted without the express permission of JED. You acknowledge that you do not acquire ownership rights by downloading copyrighted material.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITIES AND WARRANTIES

All responsibility and risk for your use of the site, use of the Internet in general, and use of the information posted by you or accessed by you and for your conduct on and off
Information in the Online Application is provided "as is" without any warranty of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent possible under applicable local law, Jokings Educare disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. JED does not warrant that the functions contained in the website or the online application will be uninterrupted or error-free, that any defects will be corrected, or that this website, or the servers on which this site is hosted, are free of viruses or other harmful components, nor does it make any warranty as to the timeliness or accuracy of the results that may be obtained by using the online application service, or as to the accuracy, reliability or content of any information or service provided through the Jokings Educare online application and service.

These risks may include but are not limited to the risk of physical harm, of dealing and communicating with strangers, with persons inside or outside the jurisdiction of the United States, with minors, or with persons acting under pretences.
You agree to hold Jokings Educare (and its officers, directors, employees, or agents) harmless from and against any indirect damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, incidental and consequential damages, lost profits, or damages resulting from lost data, lost employment or educational opportunity, or business interruption) that result from or arise out of a connection with any documents posted by you, or the use or access to, or the inability to use or access, the site and/or any document, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, and whether or not Jokings Educare is cognizant of the possibility of such damages.
Some states or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, and the limitations outlined in the preceding paragraph may not apply. Suppose any provision of these Terms of Use is held inapplicable or unenforceable for any reason in the event indirect damages are awarded. In that case, Jokings Educare shall be held liable for no more than U.S. $60.00. Jokings Educare (and its officers, directors, employees, or agents) shall also be held harmless for any direct damages in excess in the aggregate of U.S. $60.00 in such cases.
Due to the nature of these Terms of Use, in addition to monetary damages, Jokings Educare shall be entitled to equitable relief upon your breach of these Terms of Use. Jokings Educare shall use reasonable efforts to provide timely notice of any claim, suit, or proceeding and may assist you, at your expense and upon your election, in defending any such suit, claim, or proceeding.
