Reviewing student documents is a critical step in the application process. It's essential to meticulously check each submission for completeness, accuracy, and adherence to the required criteria. Ensure that all necessary forms, transcripts, test scores, and personal statements are present and properly formatted. This diligence guarantees a fair evaluation of every applicant's eligibility and qualifications.

To start the application process for a student after going through the documents. You have to identify a school that fits the students request especially where a student has not specifically mentioned a school. You must identify at least three schools and then in some cases speak to the. student before the application process or after the application process. You must inform the student how much the fees for each of these schools are, the location and benefits.

After the application process, you must inform the student by text, whatsapp or call on the application done to each school. Advise the student that admissions would be between 2-4 weeks for UG/PG and PhD 4-8 weeks. Then education the student about the tuition fee he/she should get ready, how much is required in the bank account, TB test if student is in their local country, and other further get the student ready for other things needed.

Once an offer has been received, you must ensure that you call the student and then advise them how they can pay their fees, when the last date of fee payment would be, when the last date for CAS, ensure they also have applied for TB test and then how much they need to have funded their account with.
