For IBSU admission procedure please:
1. Make sure you use single email (and the following correspondence in the same email) for each applicant.
2. Indicate the student's full name in a subject line (as it is in a passport, first name then surname).
3. Indicate Passport number
4. Specify students' status - "Freshman" / "Transfer"

🔔 Together with the documents, the agency should provide Video Interview recording for each applicant (only applicant should be visible in the video recording and the recording should be sent per applicant).
Interview questions (max 5 minutes):
1. Please provide your full name
2. Where are you from?
3. What is the program you are applying for?
4. What is the reason for applying for this specific program?
5. What do you know about Georgia?
6. What do you know about International Black Sea University?
7. Could you please tell us about yourself, your interests and hobbies?
📬 Please note all applicants are required to pay non-refundable one-time payment ($500), Transfer students ($550);
If Agency Provides the services of translation, notarization and EQE submission, applicants are only required to pay $200 non-refundable fee to IBSU.
• While making the payment, Please make sure you indicate applicant's full name and passport number.
• Once you finalize the payment, please send the proof of the payment.
• As soon as your payment is received, we will start the admission process.
• Once the Ministry order is received, you will be required to have your tuition fees covered ($4500) in order to receive official admission letter.
